Having spent several years as a teacher at NIVA American International School, I can confidently say that my overall experience has been positive. While there are areas for improvement, I believe that the school is moving in the right direction under the administration's leadership. One aspect that could be enhanced is communication between the administration and teachers. There have been instances where important information and updates were not effectively communicated, leading to confusion and delays in implementing necessary changes. However, it is worth noting that the administration has shown a genuine commitment to addressing this issue and has taken steps to improve communication channels. I am optimistic that this ongoing effort will greatly benefit the school in the long run. What truly makes NIVA a special place is its students. The children at NIVA are enthusiastic, curious, and eager to learn. Their diverse backgrounds and perspectives contribute to a vibrant and inclusive learning environment. Witnessing their growth and witnessing their achievements has been incredibly rewarding. Additionally, NIVA offers a wide range of extracurricular activities and resources that foster the holistic development of students. The dedication of the faculty to providing quality education and the support from the parent community is commendable. In conclusion, despite a few areas that require attention, my time at NIVA American International School has been a positive experience.
