SUBSCRIPTIONS
For paid memberships (“Subscriptions”), billing is in advance and either on a quarterly or annual basis. Work to update a school profile will only proceed once payment is received in full. We require one month’s notice before completion of a billing cycle to cancel a Subscription. Cancellation requests should be sent to your account manager and will be acknowledged upon receipt.
When entering a new billing cycle, your service will continue under the same terms and conditions as the previous cycle unless otherwise informed by ISA. Before starting a new Subscription service, you must provide full billing contact details and tax information as required. We reserve the right not to renew a subscription at our sole discretion upon completion of a billing cycle.
FEES & REFUNDS
At the sole discretion of ISA, fees can be modified and communicated during a given billing cycle with at least one month’s notice. The new fee rates will apply from the next billing cycle if before the one month threshold, otherwise the following billing cycle.
Subscription fees are non-refundable.
