In 2007, President Nursultan Nazarbayev With Nazarbayev's support, the first bell rang at NURORDA school-lyceum. Today, the school-lyceum "NURORDA" works under the leadership of the International Public Foundation "Bilim-Orda".
NURORDA International School is a member of the International School Council. CIS is an international organization aimed at accrediting schools, promoting the highest standards of education and the latest achievements. The organization includes more than 700 schools, 600 universities and colleges from 116 countries.

The opening of the school - lyceum «NURORDA» in 2007 in the city of Astana was marked by the fact that the honored right of the opening bell was given to the President of the country Nursultan Nazarbayev. The school operates under the direction of «BILIM Innovation» International Public Foundation. Today the reform in educational field of our country aims – to foster comprehensively developed harmonious personality with creative thinking. School - Lyceum «NURORDA» makes effort for raising educated, conscious, well-bred citizens, ready to apply their knowledge for the benefits of our country in the future. Aim: To foster intellectual developed, competitive, educated, patriotic generation, with true moral and ethical principles, by creating favorable conditions for professional development of teachers.
