About First International Cambodian-American School (FICAS)
The First International Cambodian-American School (FICAS) is the only school which has been highly supported by H.M.K Norodom Sihanouk, King of Cambodia, documented by writing of May 17th, 1994. The school has also been officially recognized and inaugurated on which occasion the school received the official American Flag by the previous Ambassador of the U.S of America, H.E. Charles H. Twining, documented by official writing of May 03rd, 1994.
Strongly supported by the former King Preah Borom Ratanak kod Norodom Sihanouk, former U.S Ambassador His Excellency Charles H. Twining, Mrs. Naren Kim Lor established the FICAS in 1994, Phnom Penh. FICAS has proven to be one of the best English language schools and general education (G.E.) in the region from that time up to now. FICAS has educated a vast amount of students of whom many went to study abroad, and this very successfully. Our school serves students for both programs the English program and the Khmer program, students can register to study from age 3 and up for the English program and from age 6 and up for the Khmer program.
