Braeside school Nairobi is a co-educational international school in Nairobi, Kenya. We teach children from age 3 to 18, following the National Curriculum of England and Wales. We are a member of the Braeburn Group of International Schools.
Since its founding in 1994, Braeside School has grown steadily from an all Kenyan population to encompass over 50 nationalities. Located on lush grounds off Muthangari Road in the quiet residential suburb of Lavington, Braeside is a co-educational, multicultural school providing an education from Early Years Foundation Stage (age 2 years) to Sixth Form (age 17 years).
Braeside School offers an international version of the National Curriculum of England. The school is structured into various sections, concentrating on specific children’s learning requirements as they develop and grow. The youngest students begin their school career in the Early Years Foundation Stage, before moving into the Primary Section, progressing on to the Middle School and finally entering the Upper School. Throughout the whole school, a warm, friendly and caring learning environment is provided in which children feel safe, supported and challenged while developing to their full academic, social, emotional and physical potential.
