This school has a management that is not interested in education. It is purely about numbers on an accounting spreadsheet and people do not matter. Promises and contracts do not matter. That all filters down throughout the school and as a result the morale is terrible and professional standards are poor.

I’ve had a great experience at king Henry so far. Being a sixth former, we get to practice our role in leadership and independence as well as learning and developing our personalities alongside doing our A-levels.

KH8 has been a great school for my child and I have been very pleased with her progress. She really enjoys the school and is always excited to go in.

A beautiful and grand campus is a highlight of this traditionally looking International School with a strong British look and feel. The only school in Cyberjaya that provides a strong english speaking environment with the majority of the teachers being native English speakers. Secondary school provides Key Stage 3 for years 7,8,9. Then IGCSE and A levels for older students. The cohort of students are very well mannered and kind which help provide a warm and friendly learning environment. Students come from many different countries with local students the most common, but many other countries also represented. Sports and activities are numerous but the school's focus is academic which are delivered in a more Western method rather than Asian. Being a newer school of only about 6 years experience it did have some start up issues which were made more difficult with the Covid restrictions reducing enrollment from overseas. But the present management has done a great job of getting things on track and as a teacher at King Henry I feel the future looks very bright.

Excellent facilities, big compound and small class sizes result in good learning environment. It is a true international school with many English native speaking teachers. International mixed of students and teachers from more than 30 countries. Most students are quite well mannered and supportive of each other. My Y11 daughter often praised about the teaching quality from most of her teachers being higher than our previous school in Penang. She is also very happy with her cohort of friends and the activities of the school. This school has had some hiccups in the past but the new management has turned it around to gear for success.

Worst company I've ever worked for. The school has recently been acquired by new "investors" who have no respect for anyone working in the organisation. They are cutting staff wages amongst other things. Morale is rock bottom. Teachers can't get out quick enough. By the 2023 academic year, KH8 will be a Malaysian private school charging international school fees. Cross it off your list.

As a teacher, I see the reality of what the current situation (October 2022), is. The school is under new "management". Their focus is to cut costs by not hiring to fill vacancies, not maintaining any of the school facilities, not paying staff on time, not paying taxes, EPF, responsibility allowances etc., reducing salaries overall and transitioning to a majority of Malay teachers. The current international staff, which make up the vast majority of teachers, will all have left by July 2023 and many may leave beforehand. The school was great, great teachers, great students and great facilities, however that has now all gone.

My child was supposed to study in Kh8, but we had to cancel the enrollment because we could not enter the country due to Covid. The reason was that we could not enter the country, but the amount of the refund was not refunded, and when we asked why, we were always kept ignored. Please be careful with this school.

The school is very committed about safeguarding and protecting the welfare of the children which my wife and I are very happy about. We are pioneer parents, been in this school since opening. My three children love all the teachers and staff in this school. Seeing them happy is very important to us. They have been to different IS, but King Henry VIII this time, they feel it is a family.

The support for all students is outstanding. The students and staff are inclusive of all that come through the gates. The staff form cleaners to headmistress of primary school are friendly and helpful. My children have grown so much since we enrolled there.
