Our experience: Applied for a January start for our son, 7 years old. After having sent the applications, waited more than a month to get a response. Finally, emailing back, they notified us about a Zoom interview next day, and sent the links. The day of the interview, my son excitedly waited -his first official interview in life- . 45 minutes he waited, but no one came. We called them back, and they told us the internet is down, so they will arrange another interview soon. Well, we waited for another two weeks, no one contacting us. We sent an email, no response. We called, and this time they said the person responsible for arranging the schedules was off, but this week she is back, so they will get back to us. You guessed right, they never did. Basically choose the reason for one star: Utter lack of basic courtesy, manners and communication.
