Green Stone is a small, family-style British international school in La Colonia de Torrelodones (Madrid) for children aged 3 to 14. It is authorised by the British Council and is a member of NABSS. Teaching follows the National Curriculum for England together with the Oxford International Curriculum, which the school was the first in Spain to adopt, with classes of no more than 16 pupils and work pitched to each child's level. Learning is organised in units of inquiry through a project framework (ask, investigate, record, interpret, share and go further), and Global Skills Projects run each term from the Early Years to Year 6. The project began in 2016 at the founders' earlier school, British School Las Rozas.
