XCL American Academy (XAA) is the newest American international school in Singapore.
The school offers high-quality, rigorous and accessible American education at exceptional value by focusing on what really matters to their students and parents.
XAA is designed to offer excellent all-around preparation for students planning to study, work and live in the United States, not just through the rigorous academics aligned with American curriculum standards but also through a holistic approach towards character development and real-world applications.
The academic program is built upon a rigorous American Education Reaches Out (AERO) and the Common Core curriculum standards to establish strong foundations in their students. In addition, the school adopted internationally recognized curriculum programs such as the Everyday Math (developed by the University of Chicago), Inspired Science and an award-winning Second Step Social Program.
One of the standout features of their curriculum is a unique Pioneer Town program, which focuses on entrepreneurship. Students will participate in a large-scale simulation of a town, engage in role-playing and taking on different responsibilities in a self-contained economy and learn essential concepts such as economics, negotiation, innovation, leadership, sales, commerce and many others.

XCL American Academy, the latest American school in Singapore offers a whole new experience for both the kids and the parents. Most schools these days will only educate students to be a good followers, whereas, in XCL American Academy, they focus on nurturing the kids to be Entrepreneurs with a creative mind and enhancing leadership skills in a fun and engaging way thru a program called Pioneer Town.
