I have two children who went to ISP since primary school and currently in the diploma program. For us it has been a great combination of high quality academic rigor and a warm, welcoming community that really cares about the students and their families. The IB program is followed school-wide so there is a consistent academic philosophy across all the grades. Teachers are strong across the board, with some real superstars. All three campuses in the middle of the 16th are very nice. They don't have fancy gyms or auditoriums, but use facilities throughout Paris for their activities, like the art exhibition at galleries in the city, which I think is a really cool experience for the kids. The IB approach and urban setting might not be what everyone is looking for, but I highly recommend the school for anyone looking for a school with strong academics and a vibrant community.

I’m a student at ISP and it’s an excellent school, but like every school it has it’s down sides, for example: You may have to stay away from certain students not all them but a small amount of them. Not because they will bully you but because they may turn you into a bad person and lower your grades. I had a few problems with these sorts of students last year, but if you know how to keep your distances ISP is a fantastic school, the teachers are encouraging, we are a very diverse group of people, and it’s easy to make friends. If you’re joining next year do not be discouraged to join because of this tiny amount of students. We also have 33 IB point average. Students from 2019 and 2018 went on to universities such as Yale, USC, Berkeley, UCLA, NYU Stern, Cambridge, King’s college, UCL and many more.
