QSI International School of Haiphong is a private, non-profit, co-educational day school in Haiphong, northern Vietnam, and part of the Quality Schools International (QSI) network. It opened in September 2004 as the city's first international school, moved in 2007 to the quiet Me Linh Village residential area east of the centre, and has since added a purpose-built four-storey building (2018) and a second building (2019). Teaching is in English and the school serves children from the 2-year-old preschool class through Secondary IV (Grade 12, age 18). Its 2026-27 school profile reports about 180 students from 18 nationalities, including Vietnamese families and expatriates working in the region. The programme is college-preparatory and American in style: literacy and mathematics in the lower years follow the US Common Core, and secondary students earn QSI diplomas accepted by US and international universities. Lessons follow QSI's mastery-learning model, in which a unit is only credited (A or B) once it has been mastered, and character is developed through seven Success Orientations. The school has held Middle States Association (MSA) accreditation since 2016, is an authorised IB Diploma Programme school, offers Advanced Placement courses including the AP Capstone Diploma, and is affiliated with the US State Department's Office of Overseas Schools. Small classes and an Intensive English programme help newcomers settle in.

School values

QSI Haiphong shares the QSI mission of keeping alive the natural eagerness to learn that young children bring to school. Families are treated as partners in building seven Success Orientations: responsibility, trustworthiness, kindness and politeness, concern for others, group interaction, independent endeavour and aesthetic appreciation.
