The International School @ ParkCity Hanoi opened in August 2019, bringing world-class international education to Vietnam and becoming the new sister school of the prestigious International School @ ParkCity Kuala Lumpur (ISPKL), established in 2011. The school's mission is to provide world-class international education and create a safe school in which every student is happy and treated as an individual; helping students reach their full potential to become the global leaders of tomorrow. ISPH’s broad and balanced programmes of study are based on the UK national curriculum, combined with international programmes that are enhanced in numerous ways to best cater for our students and our international context. Students are also prepared for the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) at age 16 and Advanced Level (A-Level) examinations at age 18 that allow students entry to the world's top universities. ISPH is staffed by highly qualified and talented teachers from the UK and around the world, who bring a wide range of international experience and expertise to the school. Small class sizes together with personalised learning approaches ensure each student receives the support or challenge required to thrive and succeed as independent young learners in the 21st Century. Supportive EAL (English as an Additional Language) and Learning Support programmes help new students quickly develop their level of English, become confident English users and fully immersed in the school's international environment. Additionally, a free CCA (Co-Curricular Activity) programme with a wide range of engaging activities helps students to explore their strengths and talents as well as stimulating creative thought, improving their social and organisational skills. To ensure the best possible development of students in academics, the arts and sports, ISPH’s campus is equipped with world-class facilities that include a spacious library, a heated Olympic-size indoor swimming pool, gymnasium, basketball and tennis courts, as well as an astro turf sports field and stadium. The school also contains specialist suites for Science, Music and Drama, IT & Technology, and Creative Arts; as well as a medical centre run by International SOS.
