Clubs and classes run on the premises every afternoon after school. The offer covers ballet, drama, chess, tennis, fencing, football and coding; languages, namely Spanish, Russian and Arabic; drawing and arts; and music, with solfeggio, singing and tuition on piano, guitar, recorder, violin and trumpet. They are grouped as arts (music, art and drama), science (STEM with Lego, plus coding), chess masterclasses, languages, an introduction to Latin with 11+ preparation, sports, and a Wednesday club of handcrafting, design and cooking. Beyond the taught curriculum the school runs outdoor skills, trips, visiting speakers and further arts, music and drama projects, and it uses its North Kensington location for regular day trips to galleries, theatres, concerts, parks, museums and historic sites. Timetabled specials include sport on Thursday mornings, choir on Thursday afternoons, Latin on Fridays, Forest School for Nursery on Mondays and Reception on Fridays, and dance for Nursery on Wednesdays.

Lunch is cooked on site each day in the school's own kitchen, and a sample menu is published. Every child is given fruit or vegetables as a mid-morning snack, provided by the school. Pupils get a twenty-minute break each half day plus forty-five minutes after lunch; nursery children nap after lunch while the rest have story time and then a long playtime, and lessons restart at 1.30 pm for all year groups.

After-school care, language support classes and clubs run from 4 pm to 6.30 pm, and Wednesday workshops from noon to 4 pm; daily after-school care or tutoring is available. Doors open at 8.30 am, lessons begin at 8.45 am for Years 2 to 6 and at 9 am for Year 1 and below, and finish at 4 pm, or at noon on Wednesdays. Pupils belong to one of two houses, Charlemagne and Nightingale, collecting points through the week, with a trophy going to the house that has gathered most by the end of the year. Pre-registration is free, and priority goes to siblings of current pupils, to children arriving from the school's French sister schools and to the children of former pupils.

We moved to London in 2014 and were so pleased to find this gem of a school for our children to attend. The teachers were wonderful and the education incredible. Both our kids thrived academically and socially while at LPEB. The teachers were some of the best we have encountered. The school offered a wide variety of extra curricular activities and the hot lunch program was great. The other families at the school quickly became good friends. We were all sad when we had to move on and leave London and LPEB.

La Petite Ecole Bilingue is exactly what we were looking for ! Tradition, quality, french school with english style. Indeed, back a few months ago, we moved to London. We are french and do have a 5-five years old daughter. Our goal was to provide her with the best school environnement possible. We benchmarked all bilingue French Primary School. Then 4 months later in La Petite Ecole Bilingue, is better than our expectations. They follow the entire cursus of both French and English nationale education programs. They separate the day in half french ... La Petite Ecole Bilingue is exactly what we were looking for ! Tradition, quality, french school with english style. The french and english teachers are performing an amazing job and ensuring continuity of children knowledge and high quality follow-ups. They are also paying extreme attention of the children well-beings. Secondly, the school environnement is a beautiful English style historical house with such a lovely and warm atmosphere around and inside it: for instance, the kitchen is very similar to a normal familiy one, embodying a very friendly big wood table for lunch, the wall is painted with a big old world mapp, and the garden is very cute, full of trees, and hosting a lovely children wood house. In the class room, all used materials are of very high quality, enabling children reading good books, using pencils of all kinds and colors, working on little wood desks, and putting their illustrations on the wall. Eventually, like the pupils learning both french and english programs, they will be able to chose between english or french schools at later stage in pursuing their studies. Last but not least, after school activities are very interesting and developing mind oriented such Piano, Sing, Guitar, Lego club, Chess or Art School clubs. To conclude, a friendly atmosphere between all of the children, very helpful, funny, respectful and constructive. Well done at all team of La Petite Ecole Bilingue for follow the tradition way to teach to our children !
