The American School of Creative Science (ASCS) in Nad Al Sheba is one of the BEAM group's Creative Science Schools and has more than 1,400 students from Pre-KG to Grade 12. Its US programme uses Common Core standards in English, maths and history and NGSS in science, and the Ministry of Education subjects (Arabic, Islamic Education, Social Studies, Moral Education) are taught alongside, and it is known for its Quran memorisation programme. Kindergarten (KG1 and KG2) focuses on social skills and a positive self-concept, Grades 1 to 5 use a continuous-progress approach in the core subjects, and a social-emotional learning course runs from KG to Grade 8. In high school students complete community service, a capstone project and an ASDAN peer mentoring course.
