Surval Montreux is an international boarding school for girls aged 12 to 19, set above Lac Léman with views of the Swiss Alps. The school offers a personalised education combining academic study with cultural immersion, languages, enrichment and life skills.
It is a deliberately small community: maximum capacity is 60 students, average class size is 6, and the teacher to student ratio is 1:3, with more than 25 nationalities represented each year.

Educational principles
Learning at Surval is built around the individual: small classes, flexible pathways and dedicated mentors allow the programme to be tailored to each student, who is encouraged to take ownership of her own progress.
The school reports over 40 curriculum, cultural and sport excursions each year, more than 10 worldwide school trips and 10 weeks of skiing, with language learning extended beyond the classroom into everyday situations.
