The British School of Geneva (BSG) has offered a British education in Geneva for around twenty years from its campus in Chatelaine, close to the motorway and about ten minutes by car from the international quarter. It belongs to the International Schools Partnership and teaches the National Curriculum of England to students aged 3 to 18, with a community of more than 70 nationalities and fees that it describes as competitive for Geneva.

Early Years (ages 3 to 5) follows the Early Years Foundation Stage, with daily phonics and play-based learning. Primary (ages 5 to 11) covers English, mathematics, science, French, humanities, ICT, art, music and PSHCE. In Secondary, Years 7 to 9 follow Key Stage 3, and in Years 10 and 11 students take IGCSE core subjects (English language and literature, mathematics, statistics, French and ICT) plus electives ranging from computer science, economics and the sciences to drama, global citizenship and several languages. Students who complete Year 11 are guaranteed a place in the A Level College for Years 12 and 13, where subjects include psychology, business studies, further mathematics and the arts.

English and French are the core languages from the Early Years through to secondary school. German, Spanish, Italian, Russian and Japanese are offered as additional languages, and German, Russian, Greek, Italian and Portuguese, among others, can be taken as IGCSE or A Level subjects. Every new student completes an initial language assessment using the Oxford and Password EAL tests, with the goal of reaching at least B2 in English, and extra support is provided for students whose first language is not English.

Optional services include lunch in the school canteen, a school bus, ski trips, extra learning support sessions and an after-school club for children aged 3 to 11 that runs until 17:45 with crafts, games, story time, homework support and outdoor play. During the holidays BSG runs English-language day camps for children aged 4 to 10 with weekly excursions. A nurse looks after students' health, and older students receive university and career guidance from teachers and counsellors, as well as one-to-one support from tutors and mindfulness and peer-mentoring programmes.

The campus has a large science laboratory for practical work in all sciences, an ICT suite with desktop computers, a bright art studio equipped for everything from textiles to 3D work, a dedicated theatre for drama and music, a library with more than 8,000 titles, a music room with guitars, basses, drums and keyboards, a nurse's station and a dining hall. Sixth Form students have their own building. Access is through supervised single entry points and the recreation areas are fully enclosed.
