Colegio Internacional de Sevilla - San Francisco de Paula is independent, non-religious and open-minded.
With more than 135 years of history, our School is only private school in the historic centre of Seville and the first and only school in Seville which has implemented the International Baccalaureate programme in all the stages: PEP, MYP and the IB Diploma. We also hold the Statute as an International Education Centre, which has given us the freedom to decide, design, and implement the best solutions to the different educational challenges that arise in these times.
We understand that all pupils are different and have different qualities and strengths. Therefore, we provide a unique Individuation team specialised in addressing the educational needs and a Guidance Service dedicated to care for the socio-emotional needs of each student. We personalise and adapt the learning process to each student’s individual needs and context.
Seven student-centred objectives form the backbone of the educational project at our Centre, providing our students with a great variety of learning opportunities adapted to their age:
1. Develop an international and multicultural mindset.
2. Create new knowledge.
3. Acquire and enjoy the value of culture.
4. Assimilate digital advancement.
5. Develop independence, leadership, and entrepreneurship.
6. Acquire personal and social health skills and their projection on the world.

Each student is unique, and attending to that uniqueness has always been top priority in the more than 130 years of history of the School. We understand that we are all good at something different, and so we value the abilities of each student.
In recent years, these efforts have focused on the design and development of the Individualisation Programme, which has resulted in the formation of a coordinated transdisciplinary team, which is unlike anything we have ever known before.

We do not depend on the Spanish government and we have total freedom to design an educational project in which each decision is made with the goal of providing what is best for our students. This is possible thanks to our Statute as an International Education Centre, which gives us the double advantage of having full autonomy to design the curriculum and the possibility for our students to incorporate into the Spanish system at any time of their schooling and for their university studies.
If a student leaves the School to continue their studies in the Spanish education system or in any other European education system, they would have no problem doing so since all their previous studies in our centre would be automatically approved until Year 10 and the validation is handled by the School for Year 11 and Year 12 students.
