The American International School of Muscat (TAISM) is an independent, not-for-profit international community school in Muscat, Oman, offering an American-based education from Pre-Kindergarten 3 through Grade 12 (ages 3 to 18). It opened in 1998 with the backing of the United States Embassy, initially on a temporary site, and moved in 2000 to its permanent campus in Ghala on land gifted by Sultan Qaboos. From roughly 100 students in a single building, the school has grown to around 600 students from more than 45 countries. The program is organized in four divisions: Pre-Kindergarten (Pre-K3 and Pre-K4), Elementary School (Kindergarten to Grade 5), Middle School (Grades 6 to 8) and High School (Grades 9 to 12). The high school curriculum follows the AERO standards and leads to an American high school diploma, with a range of Advanced Placement courses for students seeking college credit. TAISM is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC) and is a member of NESA. Distinctive features include the Discover Oman program, in which every grade explores the host country through day trips or multi-day expeditions, a broad after-school program included in tuition, and a large campus with a 4,000 square meter performing arts center, two gyms, a 25-meter pool and two grass soccer fields.

I like making memes out of taism. Here is one, “we’re going next” “going where?” “I’m goin to TAISM”. Haha lol. I got another one here, this person was wearing an abc hoodie with their name on the back and her hair was covering a part of the name and then the remaining part of the name read Tasium and I edited it and it said TAISM. And my friend showed me that one actually and I laughed so much. Lel.
