The International School Wassenaar is part of Rijnlands Lyceum Wassenaar (RLW). Established in 1936, RLW prepares students for university and higher vocational education. RLW is one of the founding bilingual education schools in The Netherlands. Nestled in a picturesque setting in the heart of leafy Wassenaar, within touching distance of The Hague and Leiden, RLW delivers a first class secondary education through high standards and excellence in teaching. Het Rijnlands is een goede middelgrote Havo/VWO school met goede voorzieningen, in een mooi schoolgebouw en in een fijne omgeving in Wassenaar. De sfeer op school is bijzonder prettig, leerlingen gaan leuk met elkaar om, pesten komt niet voor, en er is een heel enthousiast team van docenten, en een over het algemeen goede organisatie. Er zijn veel extra activiteiten, zoals een kunstklas, open podium, sport, olympiade, MUN. Ook zijn er mogelijkheden om extra vakken te volgen of taalcertificaten te halen.
