Since 1986, the HSV International Primary School has offered mainstream and special education to the international community in The Hague and surrounding areas. The HSV International Primary School has four locations situated in different parts of The Hague. We offer The International Primary Curriculum, specialist physical education, music and handicraft lessons. Our schools offer small learning environments providing international education for children from the age of 4 to 11 years old. We aim to foster in all our children a sense of international mindedness; an awe and wonder for other cultures while at the same time retaining a sense of belonging to and pride in their own country and culture. The Three Little Ships is our International Pre-School for children from the age of 3 and 4 years old. It is an inclusive setting, providing a stimulating play-based learning environment for our children. Our Lighthouse Special Education offers education in a safe and stimulating environment to children with special needs. We have highly qualified and experienced staff in special needs; including therapists working on-site. Individual programmes are developed for each child personally. Lighthouse offers early intervention and structural, regular integration with an international mainstream school.
