The leadership team lacks professionalism, transparency, and genuine support for teachers. Many staff members feel intimidated rather than valued, and the work environment often feels toxic and driven by fear instead of collabo... The leadership team lacks professionalism, transparency, and genuine support for teachers. Many staff members feel intimidated rather than valued, and the work environment often feels toxic and driven by fear instead of collaboration. Communication from leadership is inconsistent, and promises made to staff are not always honored. Teachers are expected to deliver high standards without being given the proper training, resources, equipment, or academic support needed to succeed. Compared to other international schools in Casablanca, salaries and benefits are significantly below standard, despite the heavy workload and expectations placed on teachers. There also seems to be a strong culture of prioritizing customer satisfaction over academic integrity. In many situations, leadership appears more concerned about keeping certain parents happy — especially families bringing in significant tuition revenue — than supporting teachers or maintaining fair academic standards. Since the school became part of ISP, conditions for teachers have only worsened. There is increasing pressure to reduce costs while enrollment numbers grow, yet very little investment is made in staff well-being, professional development, or classroom resources. Meanwhile, upper management appears heavily focused on financial targets and bonuses. The finance department was also a major source of frustration, with repeated issues regarding stipends, payments, and lack of clarity around compensation. After working in schools in different countries around the world, I can honestly say this is the least supportive and least professional school environment I have experienced. Talented teachers rarely stay long unless they have no other immediate option.

I absolutely LOVE that school! I find it awesooome! I have never been there, but it looks (and sounds!!!) AWESOME!!! I'm going there and I am like, SO SO SO excited! Make sure to also visit Morocco and Casablanca!
