Sancta Maria International School is a private Cambridge school in Serilingampalle, a green district of west Hyderabad close to Gachibowli and the Financial District. It was opened in 2010 by Saint Mary's Educational Society, an education group founded by B. Arogya Reddy whose schools date back to 1981, and it later joined the International Schools Partnership (ISP). The school takes children from a toddler programme (from about 18 months) through Early Years and primary to Cambridge IGCSE, AS and A Levels at age 18. It became an officially recognised Cambridge International school in 2013 and a Cambridge Professional Development Centre in 2016, is an official College Board centre for SAT, PSAT and AP exams, and received a Cambridge Schools Conclave South Asia 2024 award for excellence in Early Years. Sancta Maria reports a 91% pass rate at A Level and that around 90% of graduates gain places at well-ranked universities in India and abroad, supported by a Future Pathways counselling team. Teaching is in English, with Hindi, French or Spanish as second languages and Telugu also offered. The campus provides smart classrooms, science labs, an ICT suite, a makerspace, an art studio, music and dance rooms, an outdoor performance auditorium, a soccer field and courts for basketball, tennis and badminton. The school follows an inclusive admissions policy, with special educators and counsellors supporting pupils with additional needs, and welcomes students from India, the US, the UK and other countries.
