QSI International School of Münster is a small private, non-profit international school in the Kinderhaus district of Münster, in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. It is part of Quality Schools International (QSI), a network of non-profit college-preparatory schools that follow an American-style international curriculum. The school opened in 2015 at the request of the German-Netherlands Corps (NATO) to give the children of internationally mobile military families an English-language option for stays of a year or more, and today it also serves families working for international companies and some German families who obtain permission to attend. With just over 50 students aged 3 to 18 from more than ten nationalities, it describes itself as the only international school in the Münster area. Classes are small, often combining two age levels, and are taught by credentialed English-speaking teachers using QSI's mastery learning approach and Success Orientations. The school gained Middle States Association (MSA) accreditation in 2016, its first full year, so graduates earn a US-accredited high school diploma. Advanced Placement courses are offered in person or online through QSI Virtual School according to individual needs, and secondary students complete a year-long research project before graduating.
