The Bavarian International School (BIS) is a non-profit, all-day IB World School from Kindergarten from the age of three to Grade 12. At the two campuses in Munich-Schwabing and Haimhausen, approx. 1,250 students from 70 nations learn under the motto "Believe. Inspire. Succeed."

More than 300 students attend the centrally located BIS City Campus in the Early Childhood Centre (Kindergarten and pre-school aged students) and Primary School from Grades 1 to 5. World-class teachers are of importance to a personalised, holistic education and the teaching of values and future skills. At BIS, we are preparing young minds to be happy and successful in a changing world.

With its modern curriculum, state-of-the-art equipment and the meaningful integration of educational technology, BIS is a school of the future, already today. BIS is and has been a great partner in our children's education. The management, the teachers and the parent community have made us feel like we are a part of a big family that helps raise happy, healthy, responsible and future ready children. BIS City Campus is a friendly, inclusive school for children between the ages of 3 and 11. We have been at the school for little over a year and our 4th grader is very happy to be here. The school building is very bright and spacious throughout, and the playground is also well equipped - a luxury given we are in Munich City. Most importantly, the staff at City Campus (teaching as well as non-teaching staff) are all amazingly supportive and approachable. Thank you for all you do for the children!

So far, so good. We are finishing up the enrollment process as we speak for both of our little girls. Petra gave us an outstanding presentation on Thursday, tour of the school, etc. Outstanding company philosophy, smartboards, iPads, music room, gorgeous cafeteria, extra curricular activities, huge playgrounds, super clean and lots of smiling teachers which says a lot about the company itself.
