Madinaty Language School (MLS) is a private Egyptian national school in Madinaty, a planned city east of central Cairo. Established in early 2013, it was the first national school to open in Madinaty and started with about 850 students; today it enrols more than 2,000 pupils from Pre-K to Grade 12. MLS follows the Egyptian National Curriculum and is accredited by the Ministry of Education. Mathematics and science are taught in English and the other ministerial subjects in Arabic, while every student learns English as the first foreign language and adds French or German from Grade 1, with optional DELF and German Fit exams. The school belongs to the GEMS Education network and to the Prime International Language Schools stream of Egypt Education Platform (EEP). Its three-storey building, surrounded by greenery, has 87 air-conditioned classrooms with smart boards, three science labs, two ICT suites, a STEM lab, a library, music and art rooms, a 400-seat auditorium and sports fields. Student life includes drama performances in several languages, a student council, science fairs and exhibitions, field and fun trips, career days and charity work.

Kindergarten starts at age 3 and lasts three years, with play-based, skills-focused learning. The primary stage covers six years, divided into lower and upper primary; Social Studies and General Science join the timetable from Grade 4. The preparatory stage (three years) uses a cross-curricular STEM and STEAM approach and ends with external ministerial exams. In the secondary stage (Grades 10 to 12) students study Arabic and two foreign languages and choose a mathematics, science or arts section.
