QSI International School of Dili is a private, non-profit, English-language day school in Dili, Timor-Leste, run by Quality Schools International. Opened in 2005, it sits in the Dom Aleixo area behind the Australian Embassy and serves expatriate, diplomatic and international business families as well as local families who want an English-medium education. It takes children from the 3-year-old preschool class through Secondary IV graduation and has more than 115 students from over 20 nationalities. Most core teachers are US-trained and certified, and elementary classes up to the 10-year-old class have a paraprofessional. The school follows QSI's mastery-learning model, based on North American and international standards, in which students master each unit before moving on, and it builds character through seven Success Orientations. It has been accredited by the Middle States Association (MSA) since 2013, is licensed as an international school by the Timor-Leste Ministry of Education and is a member of EARCOS. Secondary students can earn QSI diplomas and take Advanced Placement courses, and the secure, air-conditioned campus has added new classrooms, music and art rooms (2021) and a renovated science laboratory (2024).
