Amager's International School (AIS) is a private school with students from all parts of the world and with many different religions and ethnic backgrounds, but we learn together in harmony across the cultural differences. We are located on Amager, close to the beach and Kastrup airport. We offer preschool education all the way through 9th grade. We have found from past experience that every child has something to offer if you take the time to carefully observe and nurture his or her abilities. We offer friendly, caring and safe environments and small classes where students can grow in confidence and become proficient individuals. What makes us so successful is our study method, which ensures that students really understand and can therefore use the information they study.  Amager's International School teaches the students 'How to learn' so they can study independently and at their own speed.

A super engaging school. I have learned all my basics for my further education and life in this school.

Based on the fact that a friend works at this school. Once I was out with her and we met several of her students. And I saw how happy they were for her. I am convinced that the teachers work hard so that the students get to know their material. And I know that my friend's class won a place to participate in Eurovision when Denmark hosted a few years ago. The few times I have visited the school, it has always been clean and tidy. And the toilets have been nice and clean.
