How would you rate Tokyo International School (TIS)?
I would recommend TIS to parents looking at education in Japan, the students and teachers are wonderful!!!
I really liked going to TIS, even though I left before I got to experience the camps :(
I think that over all, it's a great school. I wish they'd focus more on academics because I was thinking of switching to K. International school because they have impressive grades.
Competent teachers in the IB field is the key to an excellent IB school. TIS, has this..,so, for me, it is a stamp of excellence.
Strong learner centred pedagogy. Truly international community - teacher and students

The schools location is great, 5 min walk from our home, but my kids both say they didnt do enough hands on work in most classes, and its more about theory learning. They should maybe make more time for the students to do things on their own. other wise great school,

It has good location,good name but these two don t make a school good school.Students are not happy here
