About The British School of Barcelona (BSB)
The British School of Barcelona (BSB) was founded in 1958, with campuses in Sitges and Castelldefels. The BSB School has always provided a great independent international education for our students. All are encouraged to become global citizens; self-confident enough to express and discuss their beliefs and opinions, whilst demonstrating a deep understanding and tolerance of different cultures. The British School of Barcelona follows the English National Curriculum and employ up-to-date, research based pedagogical approaches to ensure our students develop high level learning habits and skills.
The British School of Barcelona campus in Castelldefels offers modern and spacious premises which create an optimal setting for effective teaching and learning. The campus is within easy reach from the centre of Barcelona, and is just a 10-minute drive from the airport. The newly revamped BSB campus of The British School of Barcelona, in Sitges, offers modern, thoughtfully-designed, newly equipped facilities to provide the very best learning environment for Early Years and Primary aged children.

BSB Sitges - Caring, high standards , exceptionally well led - most of all children are happy
Since our arrival 18 months ago, we continue to be impressed by the school. Our boys are so happy each morning, love their Teachers, friends and the variety of subjects and after school classes available to them. We are delighted to be part of the BSB community
Simply the best international school in Barcelona. The teacher are superb as are the facilities for all children og row and develop. Outstanding.
This is by far the best school in Barcelona offering and exciting curriculum which the children can really engage with. If you want teachers who will go that extra mile then BSB is a great choice. My children are achieving very high levels. The new leadership has had a notable impact on standards.
