Some people never had to substitute. 4.The are flippant ( When it suits them the claim to be public school and others private to make you work when other schools are off) 5 They look for any reason to deduct money from you. (Leaving the country on holidays will result in financial loss) 6. The staff slept with staff it's brilliant. 7. Horrid work culture. Group chats have bullying. 8. Everything is last minute. You don't get notice about anything. This includes meeting and holidays. 9. Coworkers whom like to gossip and cause friction. 10. I noticed nonnative non Uzbeks get no recognition. 11. They will fire teachers for no reason with no backup in place. They have the gall to advertise the person's job with them thinking they are fine. 12. Too many old teachers who don't do their job. 13. So far we like it for our childrens though we would like to see the management taking bigger interest in developing the physical sport activities.
