San Yu Adventist School (SYAS) was established in 1907 and is a Ministry of Education registered private institution delivering the Singapore curriculum based on Seventh-day Adventist Christian values. The school embraces each and every person who walks through its gate, and sends out well-rounded individuals with a clear purpose in life - to flourish.
SYAS, Singapore, with a glorious history beginning in 1907, is a product of a merger between San Yu High School and the Seventh-day Adventist School.
Today, SYAS is a commercially self-sustained institution owned and operated by the Singapore Seventh-day Adventist Conference. It is part of the Seventh-day Adventist worldwide educational system that includes more than 7000 schools and 1.7 million students in 115 countries.

The very old picture is from Upper Serangoon Road formerly the campus of SAUC Southeast Asia Union College and Seventh day Adventist School. Somebody who got old picture should claim a marker there to put in some old picture. Also a good idea to put old picture of San Yu High School.

According to my personal experience, the most lousy school i have ever encountered, we have 4 families who are interested in the school and have arranged a school visit to meet Ms Ling. On the day before the visit, i call to double confirm the visit schedule and they threw me on the line to various different persons and non of them had a clue of this visit arrangement. At the end they told me you'd need a approval from the school manager for a visit, plus the school is currently under renovation. That is just great, the admin staff doesn't seem to care if you want to enroll or not, they push their customers away without even proposing a substitute solution for their potential customers , 4 families in this case and particularly this circumstances. I would never consider this school again.
