About Primus Public School
We, at Primus Public School, believe that it is important to have a happy environment which is conducive to effective learning. We strive to provide an education that meets the needs of all students. Clearly, each child is different and may not find the same things interesting or fun to do. It becomes important for us to provide varied opportunities to children so they may be able to discover their talents and hone their skills.
When we choose teachers, we prioritise their passion for teaching and their love for working with children. It is when the teacher is excited by who she is teaching and what she is teaching that learning is most effective. Children learn best when they feel a connection with the teacher who values them and their opinions.
Children are encouraged to think and ask questions so they may be able to devise innovative and creative ways to solve issues. Their innate curiosity is preserved so that they may better understand the world around them. They are taught to revel not just in their own success but also in the achievements of the people around them. Students are encouraged to work in groups by collaborating with fellow team members. Music, Dance, Art and Theatre are invaluable avenues for students to express themselves and are an integral part of the curriculum. Sports is part of the school culture- often, more life lessons are learnt on the sports field than in a classroom. We are fortunate to have a spacious games field.
Technology is an integral part of the school and its functioning and teachers frequently use audiovisual media to make their lessons come alive. However, we do not believe in allowing students to be too dependent on gadgets so they are not allowed to carry electronic gadgets to school. The focus is on experiential and hands-on learning.

Waiting for my security deposit for more than 6 months... No proper response from them
The staff is very nice but lack the training and skills to deliver international curriculums which are taught in the same format as CBSE or ICSE courses. A lot of tests and exam past papers-based teaching which does not align with the goal of providing expansive and in-depth subject knowledge which is primarily the fundamental on which Cambridge curriculums are built.

Our experience with Primus has been amazing. The teachers are excellent, a good balance of academics, sports and other extra-curricular activities. We were very impressed with the way the teachers adapted to remote teaching during the last couple of years. Primus is a "no frills" school and reminds me of my school (Great teachers, good infrastructure and focus on overall development of the children).

My son has been a student of Primus for more than 10 years. The teachers and staff of Primus are approachable and responsive. He enjoys attending classes regularly. In the A levels program, the teachers take special care and motivate the children to do their best in the exams. Especially in the online mode, the flow of classes has been seamless.

We as parents would like to extend our heartfelt thanks and gratitude to the teachers who have helped my daughter to be a better student and face the world with confidence. During this Pandemic period the entire of grade eight was done online which was a challenge. However, being at home we witnessed the way the classes were conducted and the way teachers made the students comfortable and stay motivated. The school has an excellent team of educators who are put in great efforts to develop young minds with good values and knowledge. We have seen marked improvement and overall development in our child. The school’s efforts towards academic excellence and holistic child development are laudable.
