How would you rate Northbridge International School Cambodia (NISC)?
Vast improvement since being acquired by Nord Anglia in 2014. However the campus is looking tired as the landlord avoids its obligation to maintain buildings and utilities infrastructure.

Working in a multi-cultural environment provides excellent opportunities to mix with students and colleagues from other cultural backgrounds. This broadens an individual's perspective on differences which exist due to national background leading to more in-depth thinking when trying to resolve issues. As the school operates an English speaking environment, the need to communicate clearly with second language English people (including parents) reduces some of the barriers between work groups which are prevalent in many UK independent schools. Students and staff enjoy a relaxed, though hard working, environment is one of the few truly green spaces in Phnom Penh. A great place to work.

To be honest, I really like going to my work place. There is a great environment with a huge green filed that I never have before. I have received more positive feedback and recognition here. My Personal confidence level has gone up considerably.

My two children go to school here, and have loved it since Day One. The excellent teachers, superb facilities, and being able to run around the grass fields combine to make it my number one choice for schooling in Cambodia. Caveat - I do work here, but my opinions above are 100% honest!
