Working in a multi-cultural environment provides excellent opportunities to mix with students and colleagues from other cultural backgrounds. This broadens an individual's perspective on differences which exist due to national background leading to more in-depth thinking when trying to resolve issues. As the school operates an English speaking environment, the need to communicate clearly with second language English people (including parents) reduces some of the barriers between work groups which are prevalent in many UK independent schools. Northbridge International School (Cambodia) is one of the finest school here in Phnom Penh, surrounded by green views and lots of facilities to support and aid the student's education. I have two children studying here since 2008. They are happy and motivated to come be with their teachers, friends and environment here. Around the school, you can see children smile and laugh everywhere and the teachers are friendly and caring toward their students.
