About North London Collegiate School (NLCS)
The North London Collegiate School (Singapore) story began over 160 years ago, when educational pioneer Frances Mary Buss first opened NLCS in London. Ever since that day, the NLCS programme has been synonymous with excellence, ambition and aspiration. NLCS (Singapore) draws on that rich history and tradition to provide our students with an inspirational and life-changing educational experience that will ensure they become successful, well-rounded, and compassionate human beings.
NLCS produces scholars and critical thinkers. Individuals who have the ability and drive to bring positive change to the world around them, thanks to the “NLCS DNA” that is instilled within each one of them. This NLCS spirit is nurtured through exposing our students to opportunities which challenge them intellectually, physically and emotionally, on a day-to-day basis. The NLCS (Singapore) experience holds the traditions and values of our founders dear, and applies them in our exciting, international, dynamic, global environment.

How would you rate North London Collegiate School (NLCS)?
A good school with academic excellence. The music dept is super good!
My kids have studied in a number of international schools, living in three different countries over the last 15 years. When we learned that North London Collegiate School (NLCS) was opening a new campus here in Singapore, I wanted my children to have an education from a well established institution - over 170 years history says a lot about the quality and dedication of NLCS. The school has highly qualified teachers that not only help with improving the kids academically, they truly care about their well-being. I base this off how my children's grades have greatly improved just in their first school year at NLCS, how they've developed more confidence and independence, and also from the positive interaction I've had with the educators during Parent-Teacher Consultations. Additionally, their co-curricular activities are a good mix of exposing students to enriching their skills.

We are an American family of three kids Grade 7, 8 and 9 and my kids absolutely love going to North London Collegiate School. In their short time they have improved so much academically. I have seen such a huge positive shift in their attitude towards academics and responsibility because of the encouragement of their teachers. The teachers are very responsive, accessible and helpful to point out how your child can improve. One amazing thing about the North London Collegiate School community is how welcoming the students, faculty, and other parents are to new students. My kids tell be daily how much they love going to North London Collegiate School. I highly recommend the school to any parent who is looking for an exceptional education in a smaller hands-on environment.

We were looking for a school with an academic focus for our daughter. We heard about the reputation of NLCS from their other overseas campuses. A school tour was arranged and we were given complete clarity as to what the school had offer. We had some questions about the curriculum and we were given a one-to-one appointment with the principal who was patient enough to explain everything. Our daughter also liked the school very much and we are glad that she got admitted in the school at Grade 9. She is excited to join the school in August 2021.
