The worst managed school I've seen so far, having the experience of 4 schools in different countries.
The school building (?) is a former villa with some extension in the backyard. Classrooms are tight, no proper space for kids in the building, toilets are dirty and smelly, no interior fresh air circulation. Lighting is old, unfit for education purposes. Quality of the teaching staff is debatable.
Having seen all the above and the reluctance of the management to improve the conditions, we wanted our kid to switch to another nearby school at the end of the school year 2019/2020 in July. It was our misfortune that in February of 2020 we had paid half of the school fee for the following year, so this amount was due to be recovered from Mark Twain.
As stipulated in the contract, in case you want to withdraw your kid before the school year starts, you're supposed to have a full refund in 90 days, calculated from the day you notify school management. In our case, this 90 days turned out to be 8 months, as the school "did not have sufficient funds" and paid in average RON 2500 every month. Weekly quarrels over the phone with the management and accounting department to recover our money was a true scandal and an eye-opener on how this school treats the families in reality.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

This school is a great opportunity for me. I am happy to be in this school. Children learn to be open-minded, they are guided to discover new horizons in a warm way, teachers are always dedicated to their profession. All together we form a strong bond meant to bring security, knowledge and strong people for the future.
