Lindenwood is an amazing school! We are incredibly grateful and appreciative of everything the school has provided for our daughter and our family. Our family moved from Texas in March 22. Before moving, our biggest concern was our child’s well-being due to the drastic changes we would experience...and simply because we are overprotective parents. It was also going to be her first time attending school since she had not reached the required age to begin school in America. When we discovered Lindenwood, we were very curious and excited to learn more about the teaching styles and the vision/values/mission of the school. Unlike the other international/bilingual schools we had researched and interviewed, we were overjoyed to learn that our 5-year-old would NOT be wearing a headset at Lindenwood translating the French lessons for her, which seemed extremely isolating for a non-bilingual student. We were also relieved that she would have a specific teacher on specific days for her course work in English and a specific teacher on specific days for her course work in French, not both at the same time. We knew that would be much more beneficial to her learning process of the French language, while maintaining her growth academically. It seemed to us that the other international/bilingual schools are basically French schools with English randomly sprinkled into the curriculum. After a Zoom meeting and many emails and text messages, our family was finally able to see the school in person. It is a beautiful campus, and it is such a welcoming and inviting space. My daughter was given the opportunity to partake in some activities while visiting to ensure her comfort, and she was so happy! We were also able to meet the teachers, and I can confirm they are all highly qualified. Beyond having the appropriate education, they all have a true love for teaching. I have witnessed on many occasions their excitement as their students display critical thinking and problem solving skills. I have also seen the teachers display extreme patience and understanding when a topic is challenging, and they take the time to alter the lesson plan when necessary. Lindenwood has also developed a curriculum that meets the learning needs of its students and incorporates a more holistic approach to help prepare children for future academic and worldly challenges. While utilizing the Hamilton programs for English and math, the children also enjoy a variety of learning experiences through the International Primary Curriculum (IPC) and Montessori. We did not know this before, but IPC transitions seamlessly to the globally recognised IB curriculum. At Lindenwood, our child has received a very personalized introduction and ideal education experience. She loves school so much that she wakes up in the morning with no hesitancy and usually wants to stay after school ends.

I chose lindenwood for the very first year of school of my 2 and a half little boy. I couldn’t have dreamt of a better place for him to be able to express himself, to grow and to start this oh how fun experience of learning! We chose this school because of the mindset and the values that we share : respecting children and considering them holistically. Being flexible and innovative in the way they learn and evolving in the school - which I have never seen such a peaceful cosy cocooning place (classrooms, inside and gardens - very big and green). And I am happy to bring my kid every day to school with him looking forward to it ! Thanks for everything and keep up with your great work for making our children happy.

We had the pleasure to visit the school and I can say that I have never seen such a bright, warming and welcoming school and the kids look so happy ! I also had the chance to talk with the teachers who are just as lovely ! We are very happy we found this school where our children will join next September 2023 !

Lindenwood is such a beautiful, innovative, warm, and supportive school! I am so happy to have found it, and the smiles on the children’s face each day shows just how thrilled they are to be there as well. At Lindenwood the children are able to really learn by doing, and grow their love of learning. Some activities the children engage in are gardening, woodworking, large-scale art projects, sewing, making their own videos, knitting, cooking projects! All of this is in addition to the skills like math, science, English, and French that they are teaching as well. It’s a really dynamic learning environment and I couldn’t be happier with it!

We love LIS! Our daughter is going this year and we cannot wait. Knowing she will be among nature, out of the city, with such an innovative curriculum is very exciting. She loves art and sport and to be on the campus that offers all of this is great for us. Plus, they have chickens!!

I participated to an online presentation of the school, and I really loved the mindset of the school, and the ecological project, and parc in the nature. Great school !

We changed to Lindenwood and are very happy with it. The kids are very happy. It is a very calm environment and the kids are an integral part of shaping the school day and the facilities. I regularly get tasters from the kids cooking days. The building is very open and communicative. Beautiful grounds that the kids love to climb and move in. I honestly think what stands out for me is the calmness, that they really know the children well and follow their stated principles every day.

We are very lucky to have found this school for our 11 year old son. The teachers are dedicated to the children’s well-being and learning process. They truly care about them in their teaching and encourage initiative, critical thinking thanks to their project based approach. The school community is warm and inclusive and the staff and head teacher are always available for feedback and offer a lot of support when needed. I’m delighted to see how my son is thriving and developing academically, emotionally and socially in this nurturing environment. I highly recommend this school for parents wanting to have happy learning kids
