About HSV International Primary School
Since 1986, the HSV International Primary School has offered mainstream and special education to the international community in The Hague and surrounding areas.
The HSV International Primary School has four locations situated in different parts of The Hague. We offer The International Primary Curriculum, specialist physical education, music and handicraft lessons.
Our schools offer small learning environments providing international education for children from the age of 4 to 11 years old. We aim to foster in all our children a sense of international mindedness; an awe and wonder for other cultures while at the same time retaining a sense of belonging to and pride in their own country and culture.
The Three Little Ships is our International Pre-School for children from the age of 3 and 4 years old. It is an inclusive setting, providing a stimulating play-based learning environment for our children.
Our Lighthouse Special Education offers education in a safe and stimulating environment to children with special needs. We have highly qualified and experienced staff in special needs; including therapists working on-site. Individual programmes are developed for each child personally. Lighthouse offers early intervention and structural, regular integration with an international mainstream school.

How would you rate HSV International Primary School?
Excellent school and my son is super happy and never want to miss a dau
I love the special attention the school pays to each student. As a parent it is reassuring because early issues can be detected on time and fixed. Plus it is less expensive than other international schools in the area.
There was not even one day when my children said "I do not want to go to school". They love HSV, to go there to learn and meet their teachers and friends. The academic progress is very good, excellent attention to children who need help or who need to be challenged. Excellent staff. I highly recommend the school.

We feel at home at the NSL location, which is part of the larger HSV International school community in The Hague. We highly recommend the school if you are looking for quality International education with a local school feeling.

Het is een mooie school van binnen. Het schoolplein vindt ik wat minder om dat er zo weinig speel ruimte is voor de kinderen. Leuke leraren ze zijn ook best grappig. Ze kunnen goed les geven. De gym vindt ik heel goed omdat ze heel goed bewegen,ik heb ook gehoord dat er elk jaar een sportdag is.
