Think twice before getting your kid enrolled at this school!
Please read before considering this school! Where do I begin? I was not going to post a review. However, based on my terrible experience, it is necessary. My family and I moved to Panama for good. We looked into Howard Academy, where my son attended Kindergarten. While he had a great experience with his teachers, the issue with the school lies with the administration. They have terrible organization, and they operate in a very shady manner. They rarely respond to emails. They also didn’t pick my son up for his first day. The school seems unaware of its policies. The documents they have you sign are outdated. There are no translated versions of these documents if you are not a native Spanish speaker. They saw an opportunity to make money and took advantage of us. The curriculum is horrible. My son spent most of his school days playing with play dough. We paid for textbooks that we never received. When we decided to withdraw from the school after only attending for a month, they took our money and disappeared. They refuse to give us a full refund of what we paid to enroll. They claimed we would receive a refund for the books; however, we are still waiting. I don’t recommend enrolling your children at this school if they are Pre-k or Kindergarten age. I was very disappointed with my experience since the school came recommended.

This has been a life changing experience for me, I am not from Panama and did not know what to expect when I came here. The staff here has been extremely professional and very knowledgeable. They are always quick to help and ready to try something new for innovative teaching techniques. As a major fan of technology, it was the most familiar and satisfying aspect of Howard Academy to see how determined they were to constantly strive to stay ahead of the curve with their use of technology, inside and outside of the classroom. Aside from the overwhelmingly friendly environment at the school, as a non-native Spanish speaker I can't stress enough how helpful it was to me having so much of the staff and students able to fluently speak English and assist me wherever they could. I am extremely satisfied here and can't wait to see the new school!

I went to this school for a couple years and my experience was really great. The teachers are so dedicated and invested in their students education which is something you can’t find in many schools. My English improved so much that now I am one of the top students in my English class at Florida State University and I have Howard Academy to thank! I fully recommend Howard Academy to anyone looking for the best educational experience.

I went to this school for a year. The teachers were great and they have a wide variety of activities for students to get involved in that I didn’t see in other schools I went to.
