Here at Fudan International School (FDIS), we provide a caring environment for your child to grow and learn in grades 1 through 12. Our goal is to bring an international curriculum to our students with an emphasis on our local culture. As a result, when students graduate from FDIS, they are fluent in English and Mandarin. We provide education and support in these languages starting in the first grade, differentiating to account for varying levels and abilities.
Students are immersed in an all-English curriculum, culminating in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) or Advanced Placement (AP) courses in grades 11-12. The rest of our curriculum is based on international standards, and we are accredited though the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC). Our faculty is highly trained and comes from a variety of countries around the world, ensuring that students receive the attention and support they need. The student to teacher ratio is 5:1. As a result, we have fostered a close-knit community that extends across grade levels. We encourage collaboration and mentoring between the grades, which occurs outside of the classroom through our extensive extracurricular and athletics programs.
At FDIS, we believe in a holistic approach to education, leading to well-rounded graduates who are not only academic inquirers, but also critical thinkers, global citizens, and individuals equipped with the necessary skills to lead in the 21st century.

Though the academics are not great but they are acceptable at this price range. The only thing is the poor administration where the teachers are not focusing on the evidence while only considering their thoughts when dealing with behavior misconducts. They allow and encourage hate and spreading false among students.

As a parent I have been disappointed in FDIS. This school has a relatively good reputation but it fails to deliver for students. The teacher experience is not consistent as some teachers are inexperienced, especially the foreign teachers. The school has several that the administration fails to address. Another drawback is the small size of the school.
