How would you rate Dove Green Private School?
Primary - is amazing until Year 5. Really great and caring teachers, spirit of community, nice kids. School operations staff - very nice people. School management - with high aspirations and looking ambitious, but with no potential to make a change. Distributed high titles among them, but unable to do enough. Secondary students (whoever left and wants to learn) are struggling, because... Secondary is a disaster - no facilities, no equipment, no classes, not enough teachers, management unable to manage the construction of a new secondary building for the last 4 years, high secondary teachers' turnover. Students come back home happy because... they did little to nothing. Unless your child is a genius and a very self-determined and self-managed person (ha-ha - a self-managed teenager...), then s(he) stands a chance to learn something in DGPS secondary. Otherwise - s(he)'ll be a happy child with the perspective to become the best cleaner/plumber/carpenter/ps game player/driver/anyone that does not require a college degree to work. And yeah - 15m swimming pool, especially for secondary, is an absolute joke.

I am the parent of Jude year 6 and Anya year 2. I am so very thankful to have found a school where my daughters are safe, respected, and getting the best of education. The teachers all work with such great passion and it makes us parents feel so fortunate to have found this educational gem within our very own community.
