Great school. Teachers with passion and individual approach to students. Children learn English quickly and have a super playground and garden.
CIS school is a great facility worth recommending! We had nothing to complain about - great, cooperative staff who wanted to help our child and gave him extra assignments so he can work more on things. P.E. classes in the beautiful, large garden right next to the school is an incredible plus for a school located in the center of Krakow. We didn't have much to do with the management - during one situation there was an immediate contact from their side and an invitation to a personal meeting. Unfortunately, we had to move out, but the termination itself also took place in a friendly atmosphere and according to the agreement. Our child misses this school every day.
This is a good school, children learn English quickly. High scores in the Cambridge exams in the primary school, which shows a good level of education.
This school is a circus, they do not believe in education but drama......no value for words....do not treat parents well....no value for money... extremely expensive .nothing is included in fees...school infrastructure is a joke.bad for foreigner..... foreigner should go for other better schools in cracow
They are not helpful, not nice and not professional. I was treated not nicely.
There is a constant rotation of staff which is very bad for the children, very bad communication and attitude of the management, constant price increases and nothing offered in return. The grounds are beautiful but barely ever used, all extra activities are offered at a high price, but nothing is included, showing the management’s concentration on their personal income and not on the education of children.
My kid is few years in this school and over these years I observed that standards were constantly lowering. I would NOT sign my kid there based on what happens there now. School representatives became very arrogant toward the parents, do not accept any feedback and respond that if we don't like the school we can take our kids to another one , because they don't care and have long waiting list ( at work we would call it mobbing, how should we call it here?). Also, there must be something wrong with the way they treat teachers because the number of changes in the middle of this school year is crazy - 2 subjects have 3rd !! teacher during this school year, plus a few more subjects have second teacher already. Kids are lost, quality is lost, totally unpredictable. I do not recommend that school, lots of stress, very poor communication.
This school is such an disappointment. Cancelled lessons, often changes of teachers, somesubjects are suspended, low standards of school culture in terms of communitation with pupils and parents, high increase of fee every year( agreement is only for one year) and additional unpredictable retroactive increase during semester( for energy, inflation). The profit orientation dominate other dimensions. The Beautiful park, but can be used only in the particular hours. Terminating contract is difficult and very stresful as it is interpreted in unpredictable way by the owners.
Directors are NEVER available to talk on the phone with students' parents. I asked to talk on the phone to explain to me in detail what has been charging to me (Arts Activity) since my son never attended to Art's activities. They told me BY EMAIL ONLY! Unbelievable!! My son left the country in March due to the war near Poland; we sent a formal hand-writing letter to the School BY EMAIL. They simply DID NOT RESPOND to me saying that they would not accept the email. I found out ONLY in May/2022 that they were still charging me all monthly payments because the hand-written letter sent on March/2022 was not accepted by them. At minimum, they did a downplay to my email sent on March/2022 and did not advise me. One star because I can't give 0 starts.
We came to Poland from Turkey 6 months ago. My children did not know any language other than Turkish. I was a little afraid of the adaptation processes. I can say that the loving approach and attention of CIS teachers solved all the problems. My children love school. I know we are still new. Perhaps we need more time to comprehensively evaluate the school. But at first, everything turned out better and easier than I imagined. Special thanks to the CIS teachers for this.

The school faculty Is well trained. During the pandemic they looked after the students well and started an excellent online teaching program. A good sign that a school.is doing their job right is when your child wants to go to school. Sofia loves to go to her school. School campus is nice and spacious and there are variety of extra curricular activities for the students. CIS has all the elements to become a great institution in cracow in future .I have met the teachers and the principal, they all are professionals and caring .Thank you for doing such a great job with Sofia and we are happy that you are helping us raise our little lady to be a strong talented woman of the future.

We are very satisfied with our experience (pre-school and 1st grade) in CIS. Among my advantages for this school are: New premises and playground; Professional and caring teachers and personnel; Really good ratio of quality and price comparing to other international school; All parents from our 2 years experience were very nice and adequate, and it’s also mean a lot to me ;)

The Cracow International School may be a newbie in Krakow, but they do not lack in education, infrastructure, expertise and experience in teaching our younger ones. This is the only English school in Krakow with affordable fee structure comparing to others opened in Krakow and course-curriculum is not less than others. Happy to find this school at the very right time for my kid. They have different different teaching methods which help to develop the inter-personal skills among kids. I would recommend to everyone to admit their kids in this school.

Everything disappointed us in this school. Although we are not very demanding and we tolerated many shortcomings.
