Excellent school with strong values and highly academic teaching

It is a magnificent school located on the shores of Lake Geneva. The staff is really nice and the teachers always attentive to the children.

Lovely campus, competent academic and administrative staff. Collège Champittet exudes happiness. The kids are taught politeness and respect for rules, different cultures and beliefs. Some areas of the college could be modernized as the building is relatively old but it still is very charming.
My kids are very happy at Champittet and I am always impressed how polite and friendly are all other kids at school. Teachers are very dedicated and are professionals in what they are doing. I like the fact that that the school is bilingual and that there are some Swiss and international kids at Champittet.
Great school! When we were moving to Switzerland, our kids did not speak any French. We were impressed how helpful the teachers were and how quickly our children started to speak French. We are happy that our kids managed to build strong friendship with both international and local Swiss kids. Both my wife and I are working full time and our kids can attend various afterschool acitivities at Champittet. We also have an easy access to everything what is going on at school through a school platform, which is a great help!
The food is horrible and the bâtiment are very old

Highly recomended if you are looking for a new school, great campus, great studing invironment & great people - high level of studies for this international school full of strong values and culture! Open to the world but still remains a close knit community. A good mix of boarding and day students of different nationalities, local students too and situated in the heart of Lausanne.

They offer an high education, thats for sure. But discipline is quite harsh, punishments come very easily. A good school but not for everybody i would say.

Beautiful building and good after classes activates choice. My son lasted only a year in this school (primary) as the school is very traditional and not progressive enough to encompass modern, holistic approach to education of young kids. Children of the age of 5 were spending hours on calligraphy rather than developing social skills or waking up their curiosity about the world. Poor level of English education despite claiming bilingual program. Most of the staff does not speak English

This school is a worst school. The teaching staff of the school is incompetent. The only thing you can learn in this school is how to wash the toilets and repel the unfair attacks of the teachers. This school identical to the penal colony. Humiliation, discrimination, negligence, and theft also takes place within the walls of this school. Insanitary conditions. Frequent lice epidemics. It is impossible to open a window in a stuffy room due to the presence of a huge number of insects. Awful food, based on convenience foods and fastfood.
