About BISAK (British International School Al Khobar)
British International School, Al Khobar (BISAK) has been providing the very best education for the wider community of Al Khobar since 1977. This year we have moved into our new 20 Million SAR state of the art campus. This not only demonstrates the success of our school but the trust the community has in us.
BISAK is committed to the growth and development of our school with the support of our community and the British Embassy. We are a not for profit school so all our resources are used to support our pupils learning. Our Governing body are volunteer British passport holding parents who are elected by our British parents to ensure the future of our school. The BISAK school motto, “Let there be peace on earth” symbolises what we expect from all members of our school. We are a community, and a family.
This ideal impacts upon every element of our academic and personal lives. BISAK expect everyone in our school to make the most of their opportunities, to learn something new each day and to reflect upon their experiences. We expect our pupils to work hard and always try their very best at everything that they do. We will assist them, by providing them with the best possible learning environment and outstanding teaching, in an atmosphere of order, discipline and care.

.No good activities for students to do like British schools .Parents not allowed to attend any event in school .Teachers quality is poor especially in senior school .No cafeteria for students ( primary sit on the floor in front of class to have launch or breakfast , Senior eat in the corridor with no enough chairs for eating) .School principal never care about what parents complain. .The Senior head ignores the principal always rude to parents & students and never support students if they complain. Don’t waste your money and check another good school.
I will start with the positive points. The majority of teachers are qualified. The curriculum is good. The level is good. Negative points : Uniform is expensive and bad quality (the fabric is synthetic NOT cotton in a very hot country!) Although the building is new, classrooms are very small especially for primary school. No area for lunches, no tables, very short lunch breaks, no real playground. What was the point in having a new building if it was not to improve the pupils needs in term of infrastructures. The swimming pool is small. After schools are not very interesting. Communication with parents is poor. I've tried an other school, the academic level was low and the infrastructures better.
It is the only school I have been to. They hire the most qualified and exemplary teachers who not only care about the students in terms of education they give their utmost energy into making the environment an enjoyable place. I highly recommend parents to send their children to bisak if they are looking for them to receive a high quality education and grow in a caring environment.
It's best school in al khobar . Excellent infrastructure and good education system my son has.

excellent school, very strong academically, I strongly recommend it.
It’s good the new building is nice but there is no break area just a hallway outside. Teachers are fine and learning is fine too one of the better schools in the eastern province

Great school implementing the great british standards and ethics. Transferred into smart education. Great academic director Mr. Vinent. Parallels with 21st century, where they learn skills over traditional contents. I am highly recommending BISAK.
