How would you rate American Academy in Prague?
I’m a student here at American Academy Online. AAO is a part of AAP that is why even while studying online I’ll leave a review. Transfering to American Academy was the best decision of my life, I love studying from home, the study materials are really great and academics overall is on a high level even though I’m not in-person. The teachers always provide valuable feedback, and I can see that they truly take their time to review my assignments. The online program gives you so many course oppurtunities, even more than is listed on the AAO website, it’s an amazing experience. It’s mostly self-study but anytime I struggle with something teachers always do their best to help. When I was totally confused about math Mrs. Crawford had a zoom with me to help me. When I used to attend the ESL school club it was fun, we talked about many different topics. Truly, here the teachers are amazing. I can’t say much about the facilities since I study online, however from the pictures I saw, the school is modern and good-looking so I’ll leave 5 stars. Same with sports I’m not sure since I study online. About arts I’m pretty sure I saw arts and history classes. The fact that it’s online gives so many great options so I’m sure if those are your interests you’ll be able to take the classes. AAP has a stem program, and so does online you can take computer science as stem. If i remeber correctly in the extended course list there are classes like cybersecurity, etc. so that can be also under the term stem. You can also take AP classes. To sum things up, this school is amazing, whether you are busy student who needs flexibile schedule which is what american academy online gives you, or you just want to study at home. I highly recommend this and I can’t wait to see where will this school bring me.
Good, solid education
I graduated from this school a few years ago. The teachers were supportive and gave me extra support since I struggle with my dyslexia.

The school is awful. It is full of unprofessional teachers who yell at you in class in front of everybody (Mr. Morales). Most of the teachers don't enjoy doing their work, therefore they are not actually teaching anything. They completely lack passion and enthusiasm for teaching. The only reason why I am giving it a 2 star review is because it had a great, respectful student body compared to my previous boarding school in Salzburg. I do not recommend this place, it is a waste of money and time. Updated: Furthermore, they removed the whole review section on their Facebook page because of what I wrote about them. It proves my point even more: they only need your money, nothing else, their reputation is indifferent to them. Don't make a bad decision by coming here.
