AMAG always fires their teachers or their teachers leave on there own and classes stay without a teacher and can’t learn anything

The management team are poor. They have no idea of what is going on and don't even know their staff or their qualifications. Unrealistic bias and favoritism. Teachers are unhappy and made to stay back after their school day for over 4 hours to complete unrealistic work set out by department leaders.

I have taught at Almaha Academy from Al Ta'allum Group and as an experienced teacher, I have never felt so devalued and deskilled. The moment I valued my mental health was the moment I realised that this school was not the school for me - toxic with a high turnover of teachers, and where no one trusts anyone, and where fear reigns. If you have integrity and self esteem, this is not the Academy for you.

ITs a Business and all they are bothered is to collect money! there is nothing Islamic about it if anything they are completely opposite to what Islam teaches us to be. They are always short staffed so the the present staff is always overworked and pressurised. The high ability students are not challenged enough and not many subject options for weaker students. Problem making students are not questioned and hence they do what they like. there are 2 terms and therefore in every term there is a mid term and end of term exam, so there are more exams then actual teaching. Exams are not a true reflection of students ability as the marks are bumped up with home work and classwork percentage added to the grade. Till yr 9 all exams are online and are just multiple choice so again very easy and not true reflection of student ability.

The school is absolutely shocking. If you are thinking of working at AMAG, I beg you to reconsider your decision. I am a British teacher who has been teaching for 11 years- at home and internationally. I have never in my life worked somewhere where you are treated so terribly. Every day I want to go home and cry. The teachers are exploited, overworked and constantly disrespected. You are unable to have any life outside of work. You have no rights. Most days I leave school at 5.30 although our contract stated we finish at 2.30. We are also forced to come in to school early every day. I could go on and on and on and on. Please. Do not join ANY of the Tallum schools, especially AMAG.

My honest opinion in the school in the General school : •AC always broken and they never fix it • The building looks really nice • doesn’t take any type of bullying seriously(if you were bullied they are not going to do anything about it) education: Arabic: some teachers are good but most are really bad and waste half of the lesson just to shout on a student they barely teach us anything english: most of the English teachers are really sweet and you can actually learn from them but some days they will just say that they’re tired of teaching and we don’t learn anything math: there was never a math teacher for my class so every day we had a cover with another teacher that doesn’t know anything about math art: there was no teacher for art so in art class we used to doing nothing science: you have to learn everything by yourself without a teacher because there will be no teacher in your class and if there was a teacher you would be very lucky I generally think that the school isn’t the best school for any student I feel so petty for the people who are in the school thank God I left
