SIS Swiss International School Zürich-Wollishofen - a charming school location between city and lake, joining tradition and modernity in a multitude of ways. It is not only the school’s easy access to public transport but also its exclusive location that makes SIS Zürich-Wollishofen unique. Separated from Lake Zürich by an extensive public park, the two school buildings are combined in a charming garden complex. The bilingual kindergarten is housed in the historical building, whereas the bilingual primary school, library and cafeteria can be found in the modern school building. It is a truly ideal setting for learning, growing up, stories and history. Our school is influenced by the various Swiss families, as well as international ones, who have made their home or place of work in the Lake Zürich area. Everyday school life is enriched by this diversity on all levels; however, we also place great value on establishing ties with the local community. Teaching is based on our competency-based bilingual curricula, which also makes it possible for students to transfer from and into the public school system at any time.
