BSV has soundproof practice booths equipped with a range of musical instruments for students. Thanks to this facility, the school has been able to create a Music School for all those who wish to learn to play an instrument such as drums, guitar, violin, ukulele or piano, amongst others, or to take singing lessons. Lessons are delivered as individual sessions during the school day, following a rotating timetable system in which schedules vary from week to week.

Dining room
Information about the dining hall of the British School of Valencia
The school has a fully equipped kitchen where all meals are freshly prepared, as well as a dining hall for students from Pre-Nursery to Year 11. The school lunch service is compulsory for pupils from Pre-Nursery to Year 3.
At BSV Nexus (Sixth Form campus), students have access to a dedicated cafeteria. In addition, if they wish, they can also use the school dining service via an app that they manage independently, allowing them to view the menu and place orders flexibly.
Menus are designed by the nutritional specialists at Colevisa, the school's catering provider. They are carefully planned to ensure variety, quality and balance, offering healthy and well-rounded meals. Daily menus are available and adapted to different needs, including special dietary requirements, allergy-friendly options and vegetarian nutrition, the dining service also has an educational purpose. It helps younger pupils develop good habits and social skills during mealtimes, while encouraging independence appropriate to their age.

Located in the heart of Valencia, the British School of Valencia (BSV) continues to grow and enhance its facilities. In recent years, the Early Years areas have been fully renovated, and the Secondary spaces have been refurbished and expanded. A new dedicated campus for Sixth Form students has also been opened.
The main campus, which accommodates Early Years, Primary and Secondary, features three playground areas: a main playground and two outdoor terraces, as well as an indoor gym. It also includes two laboratories, an art room and a study room with a library. All classrooms are equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including interactive whiteboards. In addition, the Secondary area features flexible classrooms with movable walls, learning pods around the corridors, and a creative Makerspace where students work collaboratively. The dining room has also been redesigned, including an on-site school kitchen.
Rather than traditional ICT classrooms, each student has their own digital device (tablet or laptop), provided by the school. These devices are configured and optimised for use both in class and at home, enabling innovative teaching methods, assessment approaches and personalised learning.
In relation to the Sixth Form stage, BSV has a pre-university centre called BSV Nexus, designed for students aged 16 to 18. This space, located in the Ruzafa district just a 10-minute walk from the main building, covers 1,800 m². Its facilities include four permanent classrooms, four flexible classrooms with movable walls, two laboratories, a library, an art room, a cafeteria, a multifunctional study space and two staff rooms. Designed with abundant natural light and materials such as wood and greenery, the centre has been awarded the international BREEAM sustainability certification.
