Throughout its history, International College Spain (ICS) has championed a holistic education for international students and has been very successful at developing caring, informed global citizens and leaders of the future. ICS is a very happy school with a warm atmosphere that is palpable as soon as you enter the school grounds. We are a very vibrant international community of more than 70 nationalities. International College Spain's school mission of ‘Learning Together for a Better World’, taken together with a strong emphasis on our group’s philosophy of ‘Be Ambitious’, places us in a unique position to positively impact the lives of our students and the local community. Central to our philosophy is the understanding that the next generation of global citizens needs a principled international vision which is truly encompassed by our thinking. Being the only school in Madrid to offer the three IB programmes PYP, MYP and IBDP in English, International College Spain provides an educational programme where our classes are active and we learn together in a collaborative learning atmosphere. Academics at our school are a priority for us, as are personality development, communication skills, team-working abilities and critical thinking skills. This emphasis on whole-child learning in an international context is a cornerstone of our approach. Our outstanding IBDP results and placements in premier universities worldwide, including Oxford, Cambridge and the Ivy League Universities, are a testament to our excellent delivery of the IB Programme and our dedicated students and staff.

This is by far one of the best schools in Madrid, value for money wise I think it is the best investment I’ve ever made. My youngest studied at ICS and went to Cambridge University, she was very prepared because of the IB Diploma and the teaching methods at this school.

I am a student there and it is my first year everyone is very nice and caring everyone follows the rules and they are very inclusive at first I didn't want to come to this school but now i think it is amazing although the lunch lines are extremely long!

While the parts of the campus might not be as modern as people might want, ICS is an incredible school in terms of both education and community.
