Overall

Extremely conservative, teaching basically always from the front of the class, no modern methods (flipped classroom i.e.), no focus on well-being of kids, kids are expected to function, if a kid needs support (either because it is handicapped in a way or especially bright or sth else not fitting the norm like ADHS) the kid doesn’t get it or the parents have to fight for it and only then the school reluctantly might agree to some support. School picks out Swedish or German laws/rules - whatever they like to follow, nobody of the parents knows, what the legal basis is they could actually use for anything and neither Swedish nor German governments/school bodies seem to take responsibility for this very bad state of the school. The word „inclusion“ is total foreign to the staff and the förening, who is running the school and actually responsible for school politics there. Even staff like the Kurator does not know on which legal basis they are „working“ (Kurator doesn’t help anybody at all).
