Very poor management. The owners family is hired everywhere irrespective of capability. They skimp on even basic necessities such as tissues in washroom, stationary for staff and students. The computers and laptops are outdated and very often defunct. It is extremely chaotic with last minute decisions.

Dear concern team I am writting with great disappointment that Al Waha school has good reputation but its my personal experience that the managemnt side Is so weak, parents are going to be treated like our child studies as a charity kid. Parents can not interact with teachers nor allowed to go and pick up their kids as they are very small. The nanny's attitude is so rude and harsh .We new mothers who came first time in this system: they have not explained to us even a single word related to studies book or syllabus. Always get reply in open house, as you all know open house is OK but not about the kid progress ? How would we know our child progress ?? Every one said the system has not been changed since 7 years, no one can change it .we have treated like we are prisoners,if teachers shortage or books shortage it totally management problem student or parent would not be responsible. We have not receive any book reason behind is publishers ;it not parent problem management must solve these issues before academic session start. I also pay your attention to the misbehaved and rough behaviour of gates attendants. My concern is why would we treated like so casual or un ethical way ?? No one gives right guide line to us. I know it is not as useful mail as other school gives importance to parent. I request you allow us to drop our child in class by myself do not give them feel that we have some health problems and can not allow to go inside. Old parents gave feed back even let us down by saying you are new no one will pay attention on you as we have complained since 7 years and nothing has changed.why is this review not mention on website ??? I am really very disappointed from the school system progress. I am writing with full hope that you will allow us to drop our kids in Kgs sections and parent will get full repect as we deserve. We do not know the management name or who is principal etc. What is the reason behind to keep us blind from all these. Regards Parent Sadia jam
